CNN's John Berman: It sounds like you're saying one, not a campaign finance crime and two, well, the misdemeanor sure may be, but maybe he lied about it. But you don't want to deal with the misdemeanor. You're kind of admitting part of the misdemeanor. He says there's no crime there because this filing was not for the purpose of influencing an election.
