The Unique Situation of Moses and His Daughters
If a man dies and he leaves no sons, then the inheritance goes to the daughters. And then if he has no daughters, then the Inheritance goes to his brothers. This is how you know they were having a lot of kids. But anyway, that's one somewhat unique situation that arose where Moses had to consult God about this.
