The Negative Features of Mueller's Report

I'm comfortable saying I think Bill Barr lied. If he was under oath you could convict him on perjury kind of a lie but a lie in every other sense of the term and so I'm curious from your perspective having kind of done the exercise am I being unfair to Bill Barr to think that? He says much of what he said was literally true. In my laboratory basically every single one of these you look at it in context you're like wow that's not really what Mueller was doing or saying or trying to convey there. These words bar was using they were putting them toward his own purpose in crafting this quite interesting and now questionable letter to Congress.
