Should Donald Trump Be Released or Jailed?

Donald Trump will be arrested in Miami on Tuesday morning. He'll be booked, fingerprinted and have a mugshot taken before he goes to court for his arraignment. The question of whether or not the Republican presidential candidate should be jailed is still up in the air. "I don't think anybody expects him to be jailed," says CNN's John Berman.
