The Difference Between Theories and Models in Physics
In physics, there are two classes of attempts to understand the natural world. One is theories where they say something like force equals mass times acceleration. And a model is more of an analogy where you say the nucleus is like a liquid drop of water. But I don't think finance has any real absolute theories that are correct.
