The Story of Munchi's Disappearance
Munchi emigrated from China in 2012 to get her master's degree at the University of Missouri. Munchi and Joe had actually gone to the same school, but they hadn't actually met until 2015 when they were both working as engineers. Her parents fly in from China less than a week after she was reported missing. They don't speak English, so they have to work with translators,. But pretty much as soon as they're in the States, they start working with detectives to offer any help they can.
