The Insanity of Meditating

The only answer is infinite. You have the capacity to give infinite amounts of love and compassion. There's no end to how much creativity you can generate. How much joy can you create? How much compassion can you muster for people across the world who you've never even met? The soul is inherently worthy. It is a connection to the whole. And now open your eyes.
