Introduction
Skafoid Fracture Non-Unions occur in 5-25% of Skafoid Fractures following treatment. Risk factors include vertical oblique fracture patterns, displacement of greater than 1 mm, advancing age, and nicotine use. Treatment is generally open reduction and internal fixation with bone grafting.
