The Truth About Weather Warfare
All around the world, aircrafts are being used to release harmless chemical particles that affect weather patterns. But there's no evidence the U.S. government is using their weather modification programs for nefarious purposes. Contrails are nothing more than water vapor. Jet exhaust does have some negative impact on the environment and on human health, but it's about on the same level as car exhaust.
