A potential team will never become a team until they hold each other mutually accountable. Nothing good thrives in secrecy or lack of accountability. The goal of project leaders is to provide clarity behind expectations, how the expectations meet project goals and how each team member adds value. Accoutability is the last real behavior in team development. As i said before, once the team has trust, engages in healthy conflict sets. Decide as a majority, act in unison as a team. Mind for conflict in every meeting, no end rounding. Find and remove road blocks daily. Take time to train and develop each other beliefs. Bring all problems to the surface.
