Solar panels on new homes and offices would not be a big percentage of the value of the asset. So is that regulatory capture by house builders and other builders? It's a big suit. I was just in south africa this wat, which poses some enormous challenges in terms of how a country likeelavica transitions. The private sector there actually, yap, most of the the buildings are being recommissioned with solar panels. And that's where they have an incentive to do it. But you then get into the conflicts of interests. This is where state owned utility is arging the private sector for the installation of solar panels because they don't want to have the loss of revenue
