The Importance of Killing Feature Flags
It's easy to like accidentally have 20 feature flags of stuff that hasn't quite made it into production. If something is sitting in the work in progress column and you know, and Trello like we don't even use Trello, but I'm remembering this feature from Trello where there's like card aging,. It starts to sort of like deteriorate. When something is in that state, you just need to decide like, are we going to do this or not because right now it’s taking up a spot in our things that we're working on.
