Find a Passionate Job and You'll Never Work a Day in Your Life

Sally Kohn: We need to know what our passion is and we need to strive for it continuously in life. The younger generation is being taught that they should work with purpose, she says. Not everyone will find that meaning, passion, purpose at work because maybe they don't even know what it is yet,. But I do think that there's a lot that we can do from HR in our organizations - not just HR leaders but all of us -- to help people connect more with their jobs.
