The 21 day habit challenge is this. Pick a habit that you will commit to for 21 days, whatever it is. Write the habit down and create visual cues in your living quarters. Share your goal on the post on our website or see me on Facebook with everybody else in the M WF community so we can keep yourself accountable. And then every single day, give us an update of what you're doing because we would love to do that.
