Paul's Travel Log in the Book of Philippians

The Apostle Paul is writing from prison in Rome. He's talking about two people, a guy called Timothy and another called the Pafforditis. What you have in this passage is what sometimes scholars call a travel log. It shows us how theology gets lived out in the regular occurrence of your life. There are four things that we can apply to our life: The future is the Lord's, discipleship is hard, the best leaders are humble, and sorrow and joy are often mixed.
