The Importance of Moments in Information Architecture
In the front end about how we structure an animal and like what do users need when they're trying to find an animal it turns out that like energy level and whether the animals good with kids or not is super important. So if somebody at the Humane Society is entering an animal in they just have that as a field. And so like doing that like retroactive changing of information architecture. It's better than nothing usually but anyway, again another interesting rabbit hole.
