Prennial tendonites can occur with non surgical management of intra articular calcaneal fractures. The expanded lateral wall often sublexates the perennial tendene against the distal tip of the fibula, causing impingement and pain. A tibio talo calcanal nail could be considered if there was mention of talo tibula arthritis and sub tailor arthritis.
