The Importance of Engaging With Clients in Design
It was very important and very critical to engage with the client from their own side, from stage zero. So by having that score, we're able to tweak and adjust things through dialogue with client brief about their brief and with engineers before lots of these principles get locked into planning design. The whole industry is holding each other to account for doing better. That's what we've seen change dramatically in the last three years - it's not just us or the design team pushing, but we're being held to account.
