Is There a Civil War?

A number of people were worried that we might have a civil war. I don't think there'll be a civil war, and here's why. The FBI informant ratio to extremists is probably in the 30% range. And you'd have to get that up to like 50 to 70 before they could have enough energy to get the civil war going.
