Museums Are Saying Something About Our Identity in the Present Moment

In many places now, the museum is almost the only part of the public realm where you can difficult, serious conversations. So i think it's museum's understanding that they have a unique role. The relationship between museums and the local community hasa changed in several ways. And everywhere, i think, museums are demonstrating why we need our museums.
