How Can We Avoid This From Happening?

We've been living in an increasingly sceptical agenk. And as a communicatori our client's credibility is their most fragile asset. That reputation is what you want to protect more than anything. If i was a communication adviser, i would try to figure out how can we avoid this from happening? How can we scrip things a little bit better? We should never assume that the audience or the reporters that are seeing this are actually going to believe us. There's going to be a time, if there is a larger issue, that it eventually is probably going to come out.
