Using Active Directory in a Dev Environment

Last time i installed active directory was probably when i managed my sherpont farms in demo environments. To day id do a lot of things in asheaty, so i managed of that, but i don't have to actually deploy ashrady. All i could think of is wyfy and some way to get dynamc, ipd is and a dianis. That's that's mostlyit. I feel everybody sort of agree that the plain old local ide still very much used, but perhaps we'd like to get rid of that eventually.
