The Bulls Are Losing Their Momentum
The equal weight S&P is doing a direct test of its January-February highs. At the same time, the Russell is doing adirect test of 2000. I think it would be significant if they in the coming weeks were able to bake these highs and make another impulse higher. That really opens the window for some of that rotation that you're talking about to actually happen.
