The Alabaster Tomb and the Story of Hadriani

The alabaster tomb is thought to be the first tomb of alexander the great. It was discovered by an italian archaeologist in the late nineteenth century. There are no inscriptions attached, certainly not to the blocks and even to anything else discovered in the area. The monument has become one of the main contenders for the tomb's location. But its location may have been too far away from what we know now.
