The Importance of Speculative Marxist Critique in the Political Economy
Risk assessment is an important component of the biopolitical colonial power of the United States. It's a way to control the population efficiently by putting people into broad risk categories and then allocating need based on, you know, biases and assumptions. Jules: These are the kinds of conversations that we can go to through speculative Marxist critique. If someone could get the data to develop a risk assessment tool to predict which cops are going to engage in violence, I'm all for it.
