What Is Vulnerability?
Vulnerability emerged as not weakness, but probably our best measure of courage. Vulnerability is about the willingness to show up and be seen when you have zero control over the outcome. And so vulnerability is showing up and being seen. A courage. To me, Courage is really about choosing what's right over what's easy.
Dr. Brené Brown (@BreneBrown) is a research professor at the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work. Brené’s 2010 TEDx Houston talk, The Power of Vulnerability, has been viewed more than 20 million times and is one of the top five most viewed TED talks in the world.
