I've seen a lot of buyers just completely discount the founder and just want them out I think that they can do a better job it sounds like this particular buyer at least was thinking of ways that they can keep you involved. When they were putting across the idea of this earn out it wasn't to protect the downside it was so that you can have all these opportunities and you can go within the company and you can grow up a bigger entity. That would have been perfect for someone else but it wasn't right for me.
