LZ Granderson: It sounded to me like you were saying that black people have innate tendencies toward criminal behavior and lower IQ. And so I guess what I'm wondering is if you are a libertarian seeking a free society that is free of constraints from government, from the state, that seems to me a bad choice. LZ: If I want the government to stop all criminals, look, oriental's have a higher IQ and a lower tendency to engage in criminality than whites. So by that logic, I should put all whites in jail too. No, the proper law is to punish criminals. You don't stop a person because he's in a group where the average is higher.
