The Importance of Emotional Trading
I think that a lot of people get caught up in the emotion of the thing and then they just think, well, that's what trading is all about. I don't think it helps your trading because you're sitting there trying to cloud your judgment with all these chemical imbalances in your body. And the markets love to push your buttons. So if you can sit back and figure out how your buttons got pushed and figure out a way to round that, I think you're well served in trading to do that.
