The Power of Long-Term Organizing

On the northwest side of Chicago, we have had winter mindset for the last eight years. Loser mindset is so yesterday. You know, organizing, long-term organizing, that is the key. And I think having a coalition of voters that believe that our government can do better for people,. That we can invest in people. The city council passed an ordinance called the Empowering Communities for Public Safety Ordinance.
