Microsoft and Activision Blizzard's Deal Deadline
Mines are being focused on this two-year-old problem because July 18th is the deadline for Microsoft to finish the deal or have to pay Activision Blizzard stockholders a penalty. That is a standard thing. If you're really going to buy us, you're going to buying us. Buy us by this date, then you owe us money. Sometimes called a breakup fee, something like that. It happened with AT&T and T-Mobile. They ended up not buying T- mobile.
