Is There a Fight Between Authorities and the Reform of the Gdpr?
There was a conference organized by the european data production supervisor that sort of put on the table whether a reform of the g dparis needed. In his keynote speech, vveroski suggested that there should be a targeted reform at least to harmonize administrative procedures. More recently though, the d p b chair, andrea geline, said that the cross border corporation system is working and that any reform of the Gdipa is not thinkable at the moment.
