Is There Any Elasticity Left?
I wouldn't be shocked to see a stake for 45 euro in Dublin anymore or even 49 euro in in a final Friday or Saturday night. The double espresso in coffee shops has gone from 250 in Galway to nearly three euro now. A regular glass of wine was 15 to $20 and I know in Ireland, it's up on 10 or 11 euro now for for a nice glass of wine. So I really do think we need to we need to put that into perspective.
