The Limits of Political Integration

It's quite telling also that we are talking about collaboration in order to reach digital sovereignty. Which is almost like an axiom around. Yeah, exactly. You have to give away some of your sovereignty in order to actually reach sovereignty. It's a little bit of a tension or contradiction. But you see, it makes perfect sense because according to one theory, the purpose of state is to provide public goods for citizens and businesses. And what is that minimum efficient scale? It varies through history. It depends on technology.
