David Law says boris johnson made statement before the decision was ad really by the authorities. He said he didn't know that he was positive when he went and met those kids. David law: It's so difficult to say, because they're in such a difficult position. They've already gone through this process once. But at the same time, if they allow him to play, now they're basicly saying, all those other things that we've just talked about, ok, they don't really matter in the grand scheme of things.
