How Many Surveillance Workers Know Basic Strategy?

I think 80% of the room knows their basic strategy before backing a day, maybe not. So they are out there, but not, I guess at insurance we fight after the fact,. That's our job, we have to look for that, you know what I mean? Yeah, so that's exactly what these protection is, you have to find it.
