Why Is Medical Software So Poor in Health Care?

The way that medical industry works is, the person who purchases the soffware is not the end user. So oftentimes it's more like a sales deal, and then just gets pushed out. I think also, there's just generally a lot less understanding of design and that field. And lastly, i think that it is starting to change. The government is pushing health care records to be more inter operable.
