Why Rocky Matters
Too many of our organizations are structured around being able to deal with what Dave Snowden calls the order domains when this clear or it's complicated, right? And so and that's why we have these job roles. To deal with complexity or even chaos is what we need are much looser, what I call temporary negotiated hierarchies. Harold has built some years ago a very interesting diagram where he took the essentially what's recognized as the the Canavan framework symbol of four plus one areas, the center being disorder.
