The President Has a Rule, but We'd Better Have a Runaway Court

There are a couple of options to manipulate the court. One partisan balance, where you have three democrats and two republicans or something. And also, term limits, y exactly. I don't think it would do enough good, but it might save us from the kind of accident of history problem. But just as court packing is the least controversially legal, it seems like term limitation is the most clearly unconstitutional.
