i take these images as signs and portents and omens. The metaphor is just so rich. As i sit these images with you, it's as if we're having to confront the ghosts of the past. We might say that these are, you know, the'se ab the, they're kind of banquet as ghosts, right there. Ter theyre return of the dead. In macbeth, who? Who? Who?Who come to prick the guilty conscience of the king? And it took me will to work out that to be a good ancestor is not to being a good parent.
