Because they're going to find most efficient, effective way they're gong to squeeze it into their lives. i used to train tiquanda for three hours a day until i had my second kid, and that went down to about 30 minutes per day. But this is hy things were when you become apparent. You have an obligation to the kids, and the kids come first.
