Henry Gabbar: Cities have designed their economies around creating as many incentives for white collar office relocations. He says that line of thinking is out the window now because there's no guarantee getting corporate HQ comes with employees who are going to invest in housing stock and ironannies. "I think this hints at a new urban paradigm where cities are actually more focused simply on the people who live there," he says.
