The Evolution of Bacteria

The Carl Woz tree shows this branch point. So you have the bacteria on one side, the archaea coming out and then a sort of a long branch at the bottom with the eukaryotes out to the side of my hands are going off the screen here. And so what's happened then in the last few years is that branch point for eukaryote has been changed. It's been moved around. The technology is also advancing not only in the genomics or the sampling, the number of samples you get etc.
