Donations to the NRA Foundation Are Tax Deductable, but That's Not the Law

Donations to a non profit set up like the n r a foundation are tax deductible, which makes it attractive to donors. But those donations are prohibited from being used toward political campaigning. Aaron davis says they found ways around these barriers.
