How to Optimize Your Employee Experience

I think that companies need to generally speaking do a better job optimizing toward employee experience. Most people are hyper focused on revenue growth or product development at the expense of those other things. And so, for instance, if one of your values is to have a really good work like balance or for people to not have to work over 40 45 hours a week then you need to make sure that you have the right structure in place at scale. It's a lot easier to ask and collect feedback than it is to sometimes implement some structural changes.
