The Importance of Analytics and Automation in the Business
At the end of the day, ROI is many times what business stakeholders want to see. The International Institute of Analytics has assessed many, many companies on how analytically mature they are. If I only have a small percentage of my workforce that can do anything beyond a spreadsheet technology from 30 years ago, it's probably a pretty good indication that I'm not going to be a leader in analytics.
