The second tool, which I should learn later in my career is something called the double diamond. It's when you're trying to come to a decision, avoid feeling like you need to make a decision. And then once you start to contract, be very expansive and tactically how you implement what you've learned. The way I describe this, people always ask like, how do I come up with new ideas for businesses? But if you just decide, "I have to have an answer to this," that's the first thing you decide.
