So what were some indications for you? Right now, I have been meditating now for the past three years, and right now I am pursuing a certification to become an ADHD life coach. And I'm very excited because this podcast has been running in the background for the past 3 years, as I, you know, move to be as fulfilled as I possibly can be at this time.
