Queen Victoria - Is She Really a Queen?

When I was asked to write this very short book about Queen Victoria for Penguin Monarchs which you know you can find out there. And I found myself thinking that Queen Victoria in many ways was a much more sympathetic character than I had thought when I was writing about her as a mother from the point of view of her son. But once you do decipher it the things that she said about and to her eldest son were quite astounding. She seemed to have no sort of boundaries no limits no sense of where she should stop.
