Pars interarticularis repair is typically superior to fusion procedures as it preserves motion. Other non-operative options include physical therapy and activity restriction. Decompression only is indicated if there are clinical symptoms of stenosis oriculopathy. The technique will also involve inside-to fusion with bone grafting with or without radation.
